Allowed Pets
Up to 2 birds , 2 small pets , 2 cats , 2 dogs allowed.
Weight limits: 5 lbs per bird , 10 lbs per small pet , 15 lbs per cat , 65 lbs per dog
Pet Types
We allow 2 pets per apartment home. The maximum weight is 65lbs individually, 100lbs combined. Consult with management on breed restrictions. The one time pet fee is $350 for the first pet and $250 for the second pet. Monthly pet rent is $35 per pet. Reasonable accommodations are made for qualifying service and support animals.
